Atomic Cities Update I

Atomic Cities posters, book and brochures are under way, which will communicate new strategic opportunities for the next century of the Paducah Gaseous Diffusion Plant site.  The PGDP site model with under-lit ground plane, sub surface strata and features, multi level aluminum aquifer and plexiglass plume is now virtually complete. We were happy to learn that this first Atomic Cities project was selected as part of UK CoD’s River Cities exhibition at The International Architecture Biennial Rotterdam in Spring 2012. The model and collateral materials will be shipped to Rotterdam after it tours around Kentucky to be used as a tool for Federal and State Energy agencies to use at community meetings.
